It was a nice hotel, I would come here again. The location was exceptionally nice - within short walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

The location was favourable and convenient, close to a Mexican restaurant. Loved our rooms with a comfortable bed.

The hotel offers attractive and exceptionally nice rooms with sofa, a comfortable bed, shower, I am very pleased about that. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine. The location is marvellous and convenient, 3 miles from a community college.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ottumwa for a month while on a business trip, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices that fit perfectly within my budget. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and always made sure to address any requests or concerns I had promptly and efficiently. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were just what I needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was impressive, with a variety of hot food options to choose from, including biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was okay.

marvellous and convenient location in the middle of jackson, all was amazing. what's more, it was close enough to restaurants, ottumwa, iowa and a commercial area. i got the a twin room, it was attractive and absolutely fantastic. i thoroughly enjoyed good breakfast selection.

This hotel surpassed our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, given that we stayed for a month on business in a field with no nearby restaurants or gas stations. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were attentive to our needs and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, especially the bed. We had a great night's sleep every night, which was much needed after long days of work.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we couldn't find any faults.
